Carl Sagan Saw The Stars

He asked what they were and they said, “They’re lights in the sky, kid.” But that wasn’t what he wanted to know. Carl Sagan saw the stars. He found out what they were and then he showed them to me. And my life was never the same again.

Thanks for the music. It fits very well with my feelings for Carl Sagan. Some of my earliest memories of him are from the show Cosmos on PBS. I watched it on a UHF loop antenna on a very tiny black and white TV. Even with the low quality picture, sound, etc. it sometimes made me cry with the wonder of it all. The ambient music used as the shows theme was really wonderful as well.

Thanks for the kind words, Sean. I’m glad you enjoyed the music.

Carl Sagan was a huge inspiration for me. He really taught me to look at the world skeptically and to incorporate a higher level of critical thinking into all aspects of my life.
